Easier to be Honest
Posted by Gregg at 02:30 PM in Emerging Technology
I'll admit it. I've stolen music and the internet's been my wheel man. The point is not that I've done it but why. I don't believe content ought to be free - I'm a capitalist. I'm not too cheap to pay - I have hundreds of CD's and much of what I downloaded I already own anyway. Until recently, it's plain old been easier to get digital content from a file sharing service than a legitimate music source. With the evolution of services like Rhapsody and MusicMatch the tide is turning in favor of the artists and labels.
